Type 95 Ha-Go
The Type 95 Ha-Go was a light tank used by the Imperial Japanese Army during World War II. Introduced in 1935, it was designed for speed and reconnaissance rather than heavy combat. Weighing around 7.4 tons, it was armed with a 37 mm gun and a coaxial machine gun, and had relatively thin armor, making it vulnerable to most Allied weapons. Its light weight and mobility allowed it to perform effectively in early campaigns in China, Southeast Asia, and the Pacific. However, as the war progressed, the Ha-Go became increasingly obsolete against better-armored and more powerful Allied tanks.
